Through divisions, departments and work units that are actively involved in supervision, the Company has a working mechanism that receives reports of violations of the Company’s code of ethics, which indicates fraud. Reports of violations can also be submitted to the Business Ethics Committee.
Background

The Company is also committed to keep the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity in order to protect them from all forms of threats, harassment, and retaliation.

Furthermore, the Company will conduct an investigation on the report and take the necessary actions. In addition, the Company will take corrective actions that are considered important in order to prevent similar violations in the future.

Complaint Submission and Handling Procedure

This procedure outlines the steps to submit, verify, investigate, and resolve complaints. It ensures a systematic approach to addressing concerns, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
  • 01 Submitting a complaint containing:
    • Perpetrator of the violation
    • Issue or violation committed
    • Date and time
    • Location / Work unit / Company name / Subsidiary
    • Cause or possible motive of the perpetrator (if known)
    • How the violation occurred / Detailed chronology of the issue

  • 02 Conducting complaint report verification

    Once the complaint is received, the team will review the accuracy and completeness of the information to ensure the validity of the report before proceeding to the investigation stage. 

  • 03 Conducting a complaint report investigation

    The investigation team will collect evidence, interview relevant parties, and analyze information to uncover accurate facts regarding the reported violation or misconduct. 

  • 04 Complaint resolution

    Based on the investigation results, appropriate actions will be taken to resolve the issue, including imposing sanctions if necessary, to ensure compliance with company policies.
